The Lisson GalleryChurch Street Gems: Art at Church Street

The Lisson Gallery is located nearby in Bell Street and, established in 1967, is one of London's most established contemporary artist exhibition space. The gallery quickly came to prominence as the first London space to introduce the generation of American minimalists to a European audience. It continues to provide a platform for emerging artists and at the turn of the millenium, expanded into a second space on Bell Street.

The Lisson Gallery is just one of a number of unique art spaces that can be found in Church Street. Other art galleries include the Subway Gallery (located below the Edgware Road flyover), various art traders in Alfies, the Mark Jason Gallery on Bell Street and most recently, The Showroom The Showroom have arrived at Church Streetwho will be opening in September.

Church Street Neighbourhood Management are in the process of compiling a detailed list of the art offering at Church Street.
