Regeneration: Church Street Library Regeneration
 Westminster Library Service has secured £1 million from the Big Lottery Fund to refurbish Church Street Library. The transformed Church Street Library will be extended into the two floors below the one that it currently operates from and will be able to offer users a large range of new and exciting services indluding:
- a larger adult library
- a larger children's library
- a space for young people
- a space for community groups and activities
- a larger Learning Centre
 increased IT facilities
